Information we receive
If you submit an employer enquiry, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, company, contact information and brief. If you register as a candidate, we receive the contact, discipline, experience, location, work-arrangement and career information you choose to provide. The candidate form does not accept CV file uploads; please do not include sensitive personal information in its message field.
Our hosting provider and external services used by this site may also process basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser details and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and discuss recruitment or workforce services.
- To assess candidate experience and contact candidates about potentially relevant roles.
- To maintain appropriate business records, protect the service and meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not send a candidate's details or CV to an employer without the candidate's permission for that specific opportunity. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Who may process or receive it
Form submissions are sent through FormSubmit, which relays them to the mining desk email address. If the web submission cannot be sent, the site may open a pre-filled email draft in your device's email application instead. FormSubmit and your email provider handle information under their own terms and privacy practices. The site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts and is hosted through GitHub Pages; those providers may receive technical request information when your browser loads the site.
We may share information with relevant service providers supporting the enquiry or recruitment process, or where disclosure is required by law. Service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you are located.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including managing an active recruitment relationship, maintaining business records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the circumstances. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have provided, or to withdraw permission for future contact. We may need to retain some records where the law requires it or where they are needed to resolve a matter. To make a request, email recruitment@futuretalentarabia.com and describe your request. You may also contact us to stop receiving candidate-role communications.
Cookies and external services
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising scripts. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and uses FormSubmit for form delivery; those third parties may use their own technical mechanisms. You can manage cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings. Blocking external services may affect font display or form submission.
