Roles that never get advertised
Confidential searches, succession hires and replacement roles that operators will not post publicly. If you are not registered, you never see them.
For candidates
Most of the mining roles we work on are never advertised. Register once and you are in front of the operators before the advert would have gone out — and you get an honest read on where your experience actually lands in this market.
What registering actually gets you
We would rather have a short conversation and place you well in two years than push you into the wrong roster this month.

Benchmarking
Base, roster allowance, housing, schooling and the rest of the package, benchmarked against your discipline and seniority in this specific market.
Ground truth
The roster, the camp, the flight routing, the swing pattern and the management culture — from consultants who talk to people on that site every week.
Discretion
Never sent to a client without your explicit permission for that specific role, and we do not approach your current employer. This is a small market and we work in it every day.
Disciplines we recruit
If your discipline is here, register even when you are not actively looking. The searches we struggle with most are the ones where the right person was content where they were.
Register with the mining desk
Five minutes now. A consultant who knows the sites will come back to you — and will tell you honestly if the move you are considering is a step sideways.
Candidate questions
No. Your CV is never sent to a client without your explicit permission for that specific role, we do not approach your current employer, and we do not discuss who is on our books. If there is an operation you specifically do not want approached, tell us and we will block it.
Never. We are paid by the employer. Any recruiter asking a mining candidate for a placement fee, a visa fee or a processing fee is not operating legitimately — that applies to us and to everyone else.
Usually not. A large share of the senior technical population on Gulf operations came from Australia, South Africa, Canada, Chile and the Nordics without regional experience first. What matters far more is whether your commodity, mining method and operating stage line up with the brief.
It varies widely by operation and by role. Residential family-status packages are common on the larger integrated operations; remote exploration and construction work is more often rotational. We will tell you the specific roster, camp standard and flight routing for any role before you interview, because that is what decides whether a hire lasts.
Yes, and it is a growing part of the desk. Nationalisation targets mean operators are actively building Saudi technical and leadership capability, and Saudi professionals with international mining experience are among the most sought-after people in the market. We also run graduate and apprentice pipelines with operators.
A consultant reviews every registration. If your discipline matches something live, you will hear quickly. If it does not, you will still hear — we would rather tell you there is nothing right now than leave you waiting on a silence.
